The rooms here were fantastic, super modern, and had 4 comfy beds! 🌟

the room with 4 beds. the breakfast was satisfactory with lots of good food on offer.

Everything was perfect, the parking was on site, the room was well laid out and big size. Greatly enjoyed our rooms with 4 beds. The bus stop was 20 minutes’ walk away. This was our excellent stay even at mid night.

The rooms here had two extra beds at the ends, which were a bit smaller than the other two standard-sized beds. 🛏️ It was nice to have the option of extra sleeping space in the room.

The hotel was large and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The receptionist was efficient and polite during check-in, making the process quick and easy. There was also round-the-clock bus service available to and from Haram. The facilities in the room were excellent, with comfortable beds, perfect lighting, and a well-designed and clean washroom. The hotel also offered free car parking and the taxi fare to Haram was affordable.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and cooperative throughout my stay. They went out of their way to make my experience pleasant and were always ready to assist with any requests.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory, leaving no room for improvement.

Despite the high expectations I had for the hotel, there were a few decent aspects to it. the complementary drink upon arrival was refreshing and the staff were polite and positive throughout the stay. the location was pretty central and offered easy access to some popular attractions around. I also found the breakfast to have a moderate variety of options to choose from.

There were several negative aspects that overshadowed the positives at the hotel. the room was dusty and the sheets had stains on them.

The rooms were clean and well-serviced, and we were able to register early. The breakfast buffet was good, and they had a shuttle service that dropped us off within walking distance to the city center.

The hotel shuttle service was not reliable, and we had to take taxis to get around. There was a lack of accurate information on the shuttle service schedule, and it caused us to be late for a few of our scheduled tours.

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious and clean, with attention to detail in the decoration. The staff are well-trained and provide excellent service. Basic amenities are available, and the breakfast is delicious.

No issues to report, everything was fine.

The shuttle service to AL Haram was a great convenience, allowing us to easily access the holy site. The housekeeping staff was proactive in offering to clean our room. The receptionist went above and beyond by upgrading our room after our early arrival, ensuring we could rest before starting our umrah. The presence of a prayer room was also appreciated.

I found my stay at Retaj Al Rayyan Makkah to be satisfying. Though there were a few minor issues, such as the lack of variety in breakfast options and the inconvenience of water with fruit juice powder instead of actual juices, the positives outweighed the negatives.

Clean and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, frequent shuttle service to nearby attraction, and convenient location near shops and restaurants.
